Ocean Swim Coaching

Ocean swim coaching sessions are available for Surf Life Saving clubs and Triathlon Clubs.

We cater for short ocean swims to 5km endurance events.

Learn To Swim

It is ideal for babies and toddlers to familiarise themselves with water from an early age, even starting in the bathtub with simple and fun games. This will then ensure your child can be comfortable and feel safe progressing into learn to swim.

After this stage as babies and toddlers and then from the age of 3 we will focus more on teaching your child to swim rather than play time. This is why it is vital that your child is in the correct program for learn to swim that will progress your child with survival swim skills.

Whilst it is important to have fun in the water our sessions mainly focus on ensuring your child can swim correctly rather than water play.

We understand that each child progressing at their own rate but our aim is for each child to confidently swim 25m freestyle and backstroke before starting school.

Ocean Swim Training

Ocean swim coaching sessions are available for Surf Life Saving clubs and Triathlon Clubs.

During these sessions we focus on efficient water entry and exits for race starts and finishes.

As well as ocean swimming techniques including wading, porpoising, sighting, pack swimming and race strategies.

We cater for short ocean swims to 5km endurance events.

Adult Swim Squad

Adult squad is a great way to improve or maintain your fitness. It is open to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Sessions are low impact and achieve a full body workout.
